We want you to relax, feel at home and enjoy everything Pheasants Haunt has to offer.

We simply ask that you treat the property, our neighbours and the surrounding area with care and respect.

• Pheasants Haunt is located in a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of our neighbours, particularly during the evening and early morning.

• The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, plus infants in cots, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.

• Dogs are very welcome, but we ask owners to be responsible for their pets and clean up after them.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

• Please use the swimming pool and poolside areas responsibly and follow any safety information provided at the property. Please also shower before entering the pool.

• Pool & Pool Bar – No Glass: For safety reasons, absolutely no glass is permitted in or around the swimming pool or poolside bar area. Please use non-breakable drinkware only. Any breakages must be reported immediately.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. Please only used the designated area outside.

• Group bookings & parties: Pheasants Haunt is primarily a family holiday home in a quiet residential area. We do not accept stag or hen parties, party groups, or large adult-only groups without prior agreement.                               Any parties, events or additional visitors must also be agreed with us in advance.

• Decorations: Please do not use glue, sticky tape, adhesive hooks, Blu Tack or any other adhesive products on the walls, doors, ceilings or painted surfaces. If putting up decorations, please use ties only, taking care not to damage the property.

• Please take reasonable care of the house, furnishings and facilities and let us know promptly if anything is accidentally damaged or requires attention.
