Our website and direct-booking system are provided using Smoobu. Information necessary to process and manage a booking may therefore be processed through Smoobu and other service providers involved in delivering our booking services. Where online payment services are used, payment information may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider. We do not require or intend to store guests' full payment-card details ourselves where these are handled securely by a payment provider.
Booking Platforms
Where you book Pheasants Haunt through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com or another booking provider, your personal information will also be processed in accordance with that platform's own privacy policy and terms.
